Social Networks

September 26th, 2009

In social networks, there are a number of ways. I would let you know all of the ways, and how I respond to them. While some of this may seem pointless, or stupid, these are still the ways I deal with Social Networks. First, one has to realize – I don’t use Social Networks as a primary means of communication, or promotion. Instead, I use email, and my blog site.

In regards to Winks, I do not respond to them. I find them pointless, and a waste of time. Just send a message. Next, comments should be real comments. If you send me a comment that is actually in reality, should be a message, I would presume you are either not too bright, or a scam artist.

If you send a message that just says hi, I will most likely not respond. If you send a message asking me for my IM, I will most likely not respond. You can find all available contact information at http://fsp.im/contact If you are too lazy or too stupid to go to a contact directory site to get the information you would desire, I can’t help you.

If you sound like a scam artist, you most likely are. If you live in Empire State NY, or Mellon Bank PA, you are a scam artist. I come across such profiles usually on Tagged. I will block those I think are scam artists. I report all SPAM.

If I am unlikely to ever hear from you unless it is me pulling teeth to get a response from you, or through some “catchy perk” the network uses, or through comment, I would most likely assume I’m not really worthy of your friendships, and just remove your friendship. There’s no point in wasting either one of our times.
