Behavior Policy

December 19th, 2009

Your behavior on this site, is a big part as any blog site. If you for example post comments with little value such as the more than 2000 SPAM comments that were blocked from ever being reached – then you are not behaving well. And while my this policy is may just make sense, I feel the need to post them nonetheless.

First, you would have to understand that the content on this site is fluid. It can be added, altered, deleted, or reposted any time I please. The most recent posts are always located on the home page, but you can select the calendar feature to narrow by dates. Comments can be made, but you must enter a CAPTCHA. To bypass this requirement, you can register. Registration requires an UID which is what you would use to log in. First name, Sur name, and email. In addition, you would be required to enter a CAPTCHA code. If I know you personally, and ask me – I would be able to create an account for you, but the information needed would still be the same. You would also receive daily emails regarding my site as a registered user. The from address would be blogmaster@fsp.cc. Writing to this address would not go anywhere.

My web site while not predominantly explicit may contain material not appropriate for children. Discretion is advised, and to prevent a network from reaching this blog because of this, considering blocking fsp.cc. There is no intention on changing this domain. I will not be responsible for parenting your child, or any child not my own. In addition, my views are the ones posted on this site, and are not influenced by anyone. I would take suggestions on topics, but I would post how I feel at the time of posting the blog entry.

Advertising is always done in a manner that is least obtrusive while serving the purpose. The advertising isn’t intended to interfere with the content, but to provide a source of revenue to help support hosting and registrar fees for this blog site. Google ad-sense is the one providing the ad support, and responsible for the ads displayed. If there is sponsorship, there would be no ad with the exception of an ad chosen by the sponsor in terms agreeable to both.

In turn, I would always be honest to the best of my knowledge as I know. If I do not feel confident to discuss a topic I’m interested in, I would do whatever research as to not make myself sound like a babbling idiot. I will make regular attempts to update my site, and keep the site interesting to read. There would be days I won’t be able to post, but still every attempt would be made. I will also seek to keep comment SPAM such as using CAPTCHAs, requiring names, and checking the administration panel. If I feel that someone created an account to use as a gateway for unethical activity, I have power and right to delete such. I would also note any reviews I may give and if that review was from a product given by the company. In example, if RIM sent me a Blackberry 8900 as a gift for a review, I would make a disclosure statement that this device was given by RIM no matter the review I give. If any gift was sent on condition, it would not be accepted.
